How to Enter
Use a LEGO® baseplate to create a design that captures the essence of your favourite movie, tv show or character. Whether it's a classic scene, an iconic character, or a memorable moment, let your imagination run wild! Your masterpiece will be displayed for all to see at CapriCon on Saturday, 31 August 2024.
Judging Criteria
Our judges will evaluate entries based on:
Movie/TV Show/Character Interpretation: How accurately does your LEGO® creation represent the chosen film?
Creativity: Are your ideas unique and imaginative?
Originality: Does your design stand out from the rest?
Winners will be announced during CapriCon, so make sure your entry is one to remember!
AGE CATEGORIES
- 4-6 years
- 7-12 years
- 13-17 years
- 18+
REQUIREMENTS
Baseplate Size: Maximum of one LEGO® baseplate (32x32 studs).
Brick Type: Classic LEGO® bricks only – no mechanical pieces allowed.
Theme: Your creation must portray a movie, TV show or character.
Important Dates
Submission Deadline: Deliver your LEGO® creation to the Rockhampton Showgrounds Admin Office (Gate 1) on Thursday, 29 August 2024 between 8.30am and 4pm. Please note that your creation is left at your own risk.
Registration: Ensure your submission is accompanied by a completed registration form.
Collection: Pick up your creation by 4pm on Monday, 2 September 2024, from the Rockhampton Showgrounds Admin Office.
