If you’ve got something amazing to share, it's time to level up and showcase your talents at CapriCon 2025 as an official vendor! Whether you’re a superhero, a wizard, a dungeon master of dice, or just have the coolest collectables in the galaxy, CapriCon is the place to be to sell your wares.

Site Fees

CapriCon is spread across the Rockhampton Showgrounds venue with both indoor and outdoor trade locations available.

For indoor vendors (retailers, authors and artists) CapriCon provides professional boothing the same as you would expect at Supanova or Oz Comic-Con. These booths have your business name printed and affixed to the top panel. This cost is included in your site fee. Power access, tables and chairs are available for hire.

You will be placed in the zone or pavilion best suited to your product or entertainment offering.

Food Vendors 

Please note food vendor applications are now at capacity. If you apply as a food vendor your application will automatically be placed on a waitlist in case of cancellation.

Power access for all vendors is $55 per outlet (10amp or 15amp) and an additional $50 per metre for Back-of-House Food Vendor Space. 1.8m blowmould tables ($5) and chairs ($2) are available for hire. All site fees and associated costs are inclusive of GST. 

Trade Site Terms and Conditions

Application Process

Applications will be assessed based on suitability to the event and the following event selection criteria:

  1. Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event
  2. Preference will be given to applicants that sell 80% pop-culture related products
  3. Applicants must meet all requirements, including convention theming and supply the relevant documentation outlined in the application checklist
  4. Applicants that can trade during event operating hours
  5. Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it: clean and devoid of waste

Organisers will approve applications at the end of each month and advise applicants if they have been successful in securing a site. Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event, its requirements and terms of trade.
