Get ready to use the ‘Anywhere Key’ to get to CapriCon Pop Culture Convention this Saturday at the Rockhampton Showgrounds.
Celebrating its 5th anniversary on Saturday 27 August CapriCon crowds will not only see Jackson Robert Scott from Netflix series Locke and Key set foot on the Stockland Rockhampton Main Stage, Jackson will be joined by Home and Away heartthrob Dan Ewing and The Hobbit actor Stephen Hunter.
Rockhampton Region Mayor Tony Williams said it’s great to see the growth of CapriCon into an event that is now a major drawcard for the region.
“With a jam-packed pop-culture program we are expecting huge crowds to descend on Rockhampton for the largest single day pop culture convention in regional Queensland,” Mayor Williams said.
Advance Rockhampton Executive Manager Greg Bowden wants to remind attendees to get their tickets before Saturday.
“Since announcing Locke and Key guest Jackson Robert Scott, ticket sales have doubled; don’t leave it to the last minute, get your tickets online now,” Mr Bowden said.
